While we take reasonable care in handling all laundry items, Phoenix AZ Laundry Service is not responsible for normal wear and tear, including but not limited to fading, shrinkage, or damage due to manufacturer defects.

If an item is lost or damaged while in our care:

  • A claim must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery or pickup

  • Liability, if applicable, is limited to no more than two (2) times the amount charged for the affected laundry load

  • Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be honored

We do not assume responsibility for items left in pockets or garments requiring special care unless disclosed in advance.

4. Payments & Billing

All services are billed electronically using a valid credit card or approved payment method provided by the customer.

Key billing terms:

  • Payment is due at the time services are rendered

  • All charges are non-refundable, except where required by law

  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for completed services

  • Failure to maintain a valid payment method may result in service suspension

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, processing fees, or charges imposed by your financial institution.

Chargebacks initiated without prior written authorization may result in:

  • Account suspension or termination

  • Responsibility for associated chargeback and collection fees

Any billing disputes must be submitted within ten (10) days of the charge date. Failure to notify us within this timeframe constitutes a waiver of the dispute.
