If an item is lost or damaged while in our care:

A claim must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery or pickup

Liability, if applicable, is limited to no more than two (2) times the amount charged for the affected laundry load

Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be honored
We do not assume responsibility for items left in pockets or garments requiring special care unless disclosed in advance.
4. Payments & Billing
All services are billed electronically using a valid credit card or approved payment method provided by the customer.

Failure to maintain a valid payment method may result in service suspension
